We set off for a walk around Bodmin Moor.
Uh oh! How are we going to get around this? Chelsea had to flex her muscles to shift them.
That's right, keep walking...
All ready? Now we can start. There's our goal in the distance
This river is the start of Fowey river. Apparently Bodmin Moor used to be called Foweymore!
Through the enchanted woods...
... and up to a Bronze Age settlement. This one looks cosy!
We passed what is possibly the loneliest house in all of Cornwall. Right in the middle of nowhere. Our guide book says it is still inhabited.
Chelsea thought it was a bit sinister so we won't be making an offer. It has some nice views though
Finally time for some lunch...
... and a view of Brown Willy - the highest point in Cornwall
Saw some pony foals on the way home too. They move a bit quicker than the cows!
