Our first time surfing in Cornwall! This is what it's all about. We went for a lesson at Fistral Beach with the Fistral Beach Surf School who were great.
The sun was shining and the wet suits kept us warm. We got quite good at catching the waves and almost made it standing - two seconds counts right? We can't wait to go again, we had so much fun.
Back home and the grey clouds were out to greet us.
Now we're exhausted!

sounds amazing - you have the car now all you need is the surf board on top and a surfer dude you will be - Maybe!.
ReplyDeleteGreat seeing you both on skype yesterday, you really are taking full advantage of being in Cornwall - wander if you will get the cornish twang!
Keep on surfing!
Not sure if this is going to appear in the right place as I've only just signed up so I can comment!
ReplyDeleteReally looking forward to coming down in a weeks time. Obviously because we want to see you two, nothing to do with the attraction of the pasties, buns and cream teas! ;o)
The worry is that I've looked on the St Austell Brewery website and there's no mention of Cornish Cream ale!!!!!
I've emailed them in a panic as I've been looking forward to another few pints of that since the last time I was down there. They do a dark mild called Black Prince so I'm hoping it's just a name change. Either way I shall be booking in for a brewery tour while we're there :o)
See you soon xxxxx
