More Visitors!

Nan and Denys came to visit this weekend!

This is the jumper Nan knitted me.  You can see from the photo I've missed my calling - should have been a headless model.  It' nice and warm and nice and long, and most importantly grey.  Want one?  Join the queue!
On Saturday Chelsea took us to Eden.  The sunshine was out and we all had a lovely day and cake.
Nan got to stroke an owl from the Screech Owl Sanctuary who were in the Med Biome.
Then on Sunday we went to Heartlands to see Robinson's Engine House.  We learnt lots about the history of mining and it gave us a new appreciation of its importance to the area.  We'll certainly view the engine houses differently on our walks.
We saw this knitted bicycle at the Art Studios which reminded us of the guerilla knitters in Fowey
and we watched a 270° film about mining in Cornwall which was really interesting and a great venue.
Back to Sussex (minus Chelsea - boo!) for the half term but looking forward to visiting the Isle of Wight next weekend.
