Happy Mother's Day

Chelsea started her new job at St. Michael's Hotel and Spa this week.  This included a head, shoulder and back massage on Wednesday and a free lunch every day!

The work on our van started this weekend.  The dark grey carpet that lined the inside...

... is gone...

Ok, so not an awful lot completed, but it was still 3 hours of peeling off glued-down carpet and then scraping off the dried-on glue left behind.

The next step is to work on deadening the sound of the panels and insulating.  Sounds like the Easter holidays will be busy.

We also had news from Fistral Bays (the people who bought my old Beetle).  They've decided to call it Bradley and have started advertising it for self-drive hire.  There are no pictures available yet, but when it's been resprayed we'll put a link up.
